By visiting T«GLOBAL, you are accepting the practices described here. The information we learn from customers helps us continually improve your experience at T«GLOBAL.

 

We receive and store any information you enter on our website or give us in any other way. You can choose not to provide certain information: you might not be able to take advantage of many features we provide. he information that you provide is used for such purposes as responding to your requests, improving our website and communicating with you. We receive and store certain types of information automaticallywhenever you visit us: cookies are a main source of information when your Web browser accesses our website. You can access out site anonymously: many companies offer such a utility to help you. Besides, we also compare our customer list to lists collected from other companies in an effort to avoid sending unnecessary messages to our members. If you do not want to receive mail from us, please tell us. We might also receive information about you from other sources and add it to our account information.

 

Information sharing: Information about our members is an important part of our business and our core area is not “business information selling”. We do share member information with subsidiaries of T«GLOBAL and in special cases. We work closely with our partner businesses: for example Carlsberg, Adidas and JVC: joint offerings. In many cases we share information about member with third parties for specific tournaments and leagues. We employ companies and individuals to perform business functions for us: for example delivering packages and processing credit card payments.

 

They have access to member information needed to perform business functions, but they may not use it for other purposes. Sometimes we send offers to selected members on behalf of other businesses: that business does not get your name and address from us. In future business development, T«GLOBAL may sell/buy other business units: member information will of course be one of the transferred business assets. We release account and other member information when we believe release is appropriate for obeying the law: for example fraud protection and credit risk reduction. In special cases, you will receive notice when information might go to third parties: you decide to share or not. 

 

Refund goods and services: If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can either return your order for a refund minus a minor deduction for administration or exchange it for something else. You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 30 days from the purchase date. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for services, within 30 days from the purchase date, we will refund the cost of your order minus a minor deduction for administration.

 

Refund large kit: We deliver boardgames plus the related services within a 3 to 6 months timeframe and if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we refund 50% of the cost of your initial order or we reduce your monthly fee for a period.

 

Refund minimum 1000 units: We deliver boardgames in the related languages within a 6 to 12 months timeframe and if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we may refund 50% of the cost of your initial order: we retain the rights to make minor changes, the initial concept will be the same.

 

Arbitration: All disputes shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Copenhagen, Denmark.
